Right at the heart of Avenida del Puerto lie our fantastic modern apartments. Our apartments allow guests to enjoy all that Valencia has to offer being only 10 minutes away from the beach, 5 minutes from the port and a bus or metro journey away from the historic city centre.
These light and airy apartments can sleep 4 guests. Each apartment contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wifi. These apartments are perfect for people who wish to spend a few days in the Mediterranean and, at the same time, want to explore the historic city centre.
Valencia, with its yearlong pleasant temperatures, cultural events and history is a perfect destination for holidaymakers.
This apartment is situated 25m from the bus station, 500m from the metro station Estación Metro Ayora, 1km from the beautiful Malvarossa beach and 200m from a supermarket. Only 25 minutes from the airport, this apartment is easily accessible for guests visiting from abroad.
In addition to the beach, there are many attractions within minutes from the apartment which this area offers; Valencia´s port, the former Formula 1 circuit and the iconic City of Arts and Sciences.
